1st party:  Abul Kalam, Father: Dead - Wazir Mia Village: East Kalyanpur, Post- Rupachara, Sadar, Lakshmipur.

2nd party:Ayub Ali Father-  Abul Khair Village: East Kalyanpur, Post- Rupachara, Lakshmipur. Summons were issued to the respondent when the plaintiff filed the case No. 17 in the Kushakhali UP Village Court against the said respondent. When the plaintiff and the respondent appear in the village court on that date, they are asked to nominate a representative. Accordingly, they nominated and nominated representatives. Then on 09/08/2020, the representative of the plaintiff party 1. Mr. Md. Yusuf UP Member 04 Ward. 2. Mr. Md. Nurul Amin Ganyamanya Jagannathpur 9th Ward 12 Charshahi Union and Representative of the respondent party 1. Mr. Shafiqur Rahman, UP Member 03rd Ward, 17th Kushakhali Union. 2. Mrs. Monowara Begum Ganyamanya 17 Kushakhali Union. When the village court is constituted with representatives, both the plaintiff and the defendant are directed to submit their evidence. The plaintiff and the defendant submitted to the village court. After reviewing the documents of the plaintiff and the respondent, he came to the conclusion that it was correct for the respondent to get 20 (twenty) percent of the land from the plaintiff. Defendant occupies 20 (twenty) percent of the land in Kalyanpur Mouza No. 222 under Khatian No. 341. The plaintiff submitted the deed of the 20 per cent land sold by the plaintiff to the village court. Defendant failed to file any papers in support of his petition. After that, the representatives of both the parties, with the unanimous consent of all the parties, obtained the absolute ownership of 20 per cent of the land occupied by 2650 dags in khatian no. The plaintiff has no right to such property. The plaintiff's case is false and fabricated. It is learned that the plaintiff had earlier filed a case against the defendant in the 17th Kushakhali UP Village Court for the said property. The case was dismissed by the then village court. The case was then dismissed in accordance with the provisions of the village court.
