Sports organization

Social organization refers to those organizations which are formed with the aim of working for the overall social development including education, culture etc. of a few individuals. I have read the constitutions of many social organizations established in the country and abroad. The aims and objectives of all of them are basically the same - to do social development work in different ways.

It is a fact that if these organizations were working according to their goals and objectives, they could play a significant role in education, culture, health development and poverty alleviation. The result was overall social development, even increasing social peace, order and harmony. In a word, in social development, social organization could play an important role; If it worked according to the goal and purpose.

But in the case of most organizations, the reality is completely different. There is no shortage of districts, police stations, unions and even village based organizations established by expatriates in Britain. In many cases, there are multiple organizations based on the same district, police station and union under different names. There are more than one organization in the same area in the country. Think about it, if everyone's goal is social development, then why multiple organizations in the same district, police station or union?

I have been invited to various events of many organizations in Britain. Again, I have learned about many organizations in the country through Facebook and by chatting with friends. I am writing this in this light. I will not write the name of any organization as it is not my intention to attack any organization personally. However, if someone challenges me, I will be able to name many organizations with evidence.

1. The unwritten main purpose of the founders of most organizations is to gain a title. Want a position in the President, Secretary or Executive Committee! Their idea is to increase the social status in the promotion of these titles. Due to having a title in the organization, it is welcomed at home and abroad. And whenever this desired title is not available, then the purpose of development goes to the dustbin. Grouping is started, as a result of which another organization based on the same thana or union is established. This is also one of the main reasons for the increase in the number of organizations.

Talking about a surprising real experience, I went to the inauguration ceremony of a police station based organization. At the invitation of whom I went, 2/3 weeks later he invited me to another event. When I went, I was surprised to see a little change in the name of the organization. I asked him and found out that he had played an important role in the establishment of the previous organization. There was talk that he would be made president. But in the connivance of some, he has formed a new organization by appointing another president as he has only money. Again, the names of 2/3 people have become legends of breaking up the organization. If they do not have a president or secretary in the organization they join, they form another new organization by grouping. Many of the organizations that have admitted to breaking their titles out of greed have personally called me or texted me to write about their dirty mentality. To put it bluntly, I am reluctant to write even if it is written for the purpose of human development, attacking someone personally. If you can call someone bad on the phone, why don't you write? This is hypocrisy, I hate hypocrisy.

2. Many organizations are again engaged in the trade of honors and titles instead of social development. Under the pressure of their honorary title trade, anti-culture is being created in the society. In most cases, titles are arbitrarily awarded in exchange for large sums of money or personal identities; Not in terms of merit. From masterpieces, eminent, socialists, industrialists to gems, the sea, the sky, the air… whatever you want can give you the title of honor. No problem, cleaners, drivers, chefs can get any honorary degree from these organizations as soon as anyone pays. I would like to say one thing here, I am eager to greet the real geniuses or the most deserving ones, it increases the inspiration.

One of my special acquaintances, involved in an organization. Called me a few days ago, said the name of a barrister, some of the organization asked for his opinion in order to honor him from their organization. Those seeking the opinion are very close to that barrister. When he wanted to know my opinion, I told him that the person he was talking to was not a practicing barrister under the law of the Bar Council. If you have to give honors as a barrister, even if there are only 2/4 Bangladeshi Practicing Barristers, you can give them; Explain something more. I don't know what happened after that.

Many organizations and buyers are really ignorant about the rules of awarding, receiving and writing the title with the name. The following three conditions must be fulfilled for the legal validity of an honorary title.

First: The title of honor must be recognized by the state.

Second: Honors must be paid by a person or organization approved by the state.

Thirdly, there must be a certificate of honor, which must be signed by a person authorized by law.

If someone gives an honorary title without fulfilling these conditions and someone uses an honorary title with the name, it is a punishable offense under the law of any country and any citizen can sue against it.

Surprising but true is the fact that 95% of the social organizations involved in the trade of honor do not have legal registration in the country or abroad. In other words, the organization itself has no legal legitimacy. It would not be wrong to call them hybrid social organizations. Readers will consider the legitimacy of the honor bestowed on him in the face of his own legal validity challenge.

The light of hope has not been extinguished; A few organizations are not doing social development work, but it is not. However, their number is low
